My husband and I have lived in our home in Greenwood Village, Colorado for 32 years. Last April we started to talk about downsizing and subsequently started looking for another home with an unobstructed view. A few months later, we met Charles Ward, Novella Real Estate Agent, for the first time, while looking at a recently built home in a small community not far from our current home. We approached Charles in January with a wild dream of moving to Colorado. A move across the country is not easy and finding a home during an extremely competitive market is even more challenging when you can't physically see the properties. Charles was our eyes and ears throughout the process. Setting up zoom meetings so we could stream the property tours. Throughout the process he took time to understand our needs and combined that with is incredible knowledge of south metro he navigated us through the long journey. Given his experience it would be easy to blindly trust any recommendation he would make, but our trust in Charles was forged in the candid moments that he would breakdown the pros and cons of a home and neighborhood.
